Alpine Wins Pennsylvania EHB Court Ruling

On August 25, 2011 the Environmental Hearing Board (EHB Docket No. 2009-080-L) resoundingly dismissed the Blue Mountain Preservation Association’s (BMPA) frivolous appeal against the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA-DEP) and Alpine. This decisive Alpine victory ended a protracted and extremely costly 26½ month court battle and irrefutably warrants that the company indeed holds all of the federal, state, county and local permits and approvals necessary to begin Club construction!
